Venusaur is pretty good. Give it a status inflicter (I suggest stun spore, though sleep powder has its uses as well), a good special attack to take advantage of its high special stats and a physical attack to balance in case of annoying, special resistant (like alakazam) opponent. (I suggest body slam or strength)
But unless your playing only to type advantages, don;t expext MANY ohko's from this guy (also unless your levels are redonculously high)
